To ensure the sound and sustainable development of the company's global business, we built an operation system in accordance with the law and regulations, established a long-term early warning procedure for corporate governance, and improved employees’ risk awareness as well as their morality. Our audit department conducted two training activities, open to all the staff with focusing on middle and high-level employees, one on "anti-fraud and reporting" and the other on "anti-commercial bribery" in January 2022.

During the training, auditors shared the company’s latest policies on anti-corruption and bribery, and emphasized the correct reporting methods, so that employees can have a sound understanding of how corruption happens and where corruption takes place most often. This helped employees avoid crossing the line and breaking work ethics and the law.

In order to supercharge learning outcomes, aduit department formulated tests for employees to self-review. Staff from the headquarters and bases were very attentive. Anti-corruption was thus integrated into the company's corporate culture.
