At 6:30 a.m., before the day fully begins, the canteen is already alive—the hum of exhaust fans, the clink of trays, and the aroma of freshly steamed soup dumplings filling the air. A colleague passing by smiles and says, “The new dumplings are really good.” Moments like this remind us how care can be felt in the smallest details.

Not long ago, our canteen ranked at the bottom of employee satisfaction surveys. Feedback was honest and sometimes tough—but it became our direction for change. By listening closely and staying open, a quiet “flavor revolution” began. Menus are now reviewed weekly, adjusted seasonally, and continuously improved based on real feedback. New dishes are introduced regularly, while those less favored are refined or replaced.

Care goes beyond taste. During a sudden summer power outage, colleagues stayed on-site for urgent repairs well past lunchtime. Hot meals were packed and delivered directly to the worksite—reinforcing our commitment that no matter how busy or challenging the situation, colleagues will always be supported with a warm meal.

Today, the canteen has earned an employee satisfaction score of 4.37 out of 5. More than a place to eat, it has become a space where voices are heard, wellbeing is valued, and everyday warmth brings people together.

Shared Values, Shared Journey — 17 Years with Tianqi Lithium

My name is Qiao Li, and I joined Tianqi Lithium in September 2008. This year marks my 17th year growing alongside the company. Over the years, I have worked in equipment management, sales support, and production management—each role shaping both my skills and my perspective.

Tianqi has always felt like more than a workplace to me. It has given me a sense of belonging, opportunities to grow, and a platform to realize my personal value. Looking back, many moments from these years remain vivid and deeply meaningful.

One unforgettable milestone was Tianqi’s successful A-share listing in 2010. At the celebration banquet, I participated in a choir performance and witnessed firsthand the shared joy of that historic moment. It hardly mattered whether the person raising a glass across from you was a colleague, a leader, or a guest—everyone was united by pride, excitement, and belief in our future.

Another highlight came in 2023, when I was honored as one of Shehong City’s “Hongcheng Craftsmen.” This recognition is both an honor and a responsibility. It would not have been possible without the company’s long-term cultivation, the trust of leadership, and the support of my colleagues. It motivates me to continue upholding the spirit of craftsmanship, contributing through my work, and setting a positive example for others.

Seventeen years on, my career, personal growth, and life plans have all evolved alongside Tianqi. Here, value is not measured only in economic terms, but also in growth, purpose, and fulfillment. I am grateful for this journey—and I will continue to move forward with Tianqi, working together to create a shared “Li” vision for the future.
