On a summer afternoon, laughter drifted in through the window as colleagues gathered beneath the plum trees in front of our company—standing on tiptoe, sharing smiles, and picking fruit glowing softly in the sunlight.

For many of us, those trees mark the beginning of our Tianqi journey. A simple invitation—“Come pick plums with us”—often becomes a first moment of belonging. Beneath the shade, new colleagues meet mentors, awkwardness fades into laughter, and baskets slowly fill, not just with fruit, but with trust and connection.

Year after year, the plums ripen. Faces change, teams grow, yet the spirit remains the same. Culture doesn’t live on paper—it lives in small gestures: fruit shared hand to hand, snacks left quietly on a desk during late hours, tools passed with care to someone new.

As the trees stand quietly witness, we continue this tradition of picking, sharing, and welcoming—nurturing connections between people, and between people and nature. 🌱
