With the support of Technology & Innovation Sustainable Development Research Institute  (SISD)andZero carbon and Sustainable Development Innovation Center, Tianqi Lithium Co., Ltd. (also referred to as "Tianqi Lithium"), together with government, enterprise and social organizations, organized the "Zero Carbon Innovation Collaborative Forum “Science and Technology Innovation Promoting Urban Carbon Neutrality” in Chengdu onJune8th. Focusing on promoting urban carbon neutrality through scientific and technological innovation, the event analyzed sustainable development cases and discussed how to achievecarbon neutrality and emission peak.

Hao Jian, Vice Minister of Innovation and Development Department at Chengdu Science and Technology Association, highlighted in his speech that carbon neutrality is a major strategy to combat global climate change and has become a priority on the international agenda. Zhang Yalong, Dean of Shenzhen Institute of Sustainable Development, Zhu Zihan, Head of ESG at Tongwei Co., Ltd., Professor Li Jingze of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Li Xi, Chief Engineer of Green and Low Carbon Center of Sichuan Energy Conservation Association, were invited to share experiences and discuss on finding new opportunities for scientific and technological innovation to promote urban carbon neutrality. During the event, strategies for promoting urban sustainable development through scientific and technological innovation were discussed among Wang Weina, Director of ESG & Sustainability at Tianqi Lithium, Kang Zhe, Head of Chengdu Property and Asset Management Department at Savills, Liu Yipei from Polus International College, Wei Lei, General Manager of Antai (Chengdu) Credit Rating Co., Ltd., Yang Yang, Secretary General of Sichuan Clean Energy Alliance, and Zhang Lingyan, founder of PHIRST Studio.
