Hosted by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Lithium Branch and coordinated by Tianqi Lithium and other companies, the 10th Anniversary Conference of China (Chengdu) Lithium Branch and Lithium Industry Chain Summit Forum were held in Chengdu on December 28, 2021, with the theme of "Living with Lithium, Dream with Lithium". Representatives from many fields attended the conference, including Chinese Academy of Engineering, government departments at different levels, industry associations, council units, members, upstream and downstream companies along the industrial chain, securities funds, news media, etc.. Jiang was invited to the high-level roundtable.

He said that Tianqi Lithium witnessed the drastic changes in lithium industry over the past 30 years. Nowadays, the public sees lithium as a basic material for clean energy and new-energy rather than an industrial accesory. Tianqi Lithium has evolved into an international listed company today from a little known company. Focusing on raising our core competitiveness, we now have the world's best lithium resources, rich industrial experience, advanced technology and talent. As the world combates climate change and China pursues carbon neutrality and emission peak, the lithium industry is booming. We will remain true to our original aspiration and contribute to the realization of “carbon neutrality and emission peak”.
