Mr. HA Frank Chun Shing, Tianqi's Director and CEO, said in his speech that Tianqi is a new energy materials company with a global strategy, and the listing in Hong Kong is a landmark event for the company. As an A+H listed company, Tianqi Lithium has put in place a dual financing platform, which will earn the firm an international reputation and promote overseas business. The Hong Kong capital market has long served as a hub linking the mainland and global markets, making indelible contributions to the financing and overseas operations of Chinese enterprises. Such achievements can be summarized into the following three aspects. Firstly, as one of the most mature and internationalized core financial markets in the world, the Hong Kong capital market is trusted by international investment institutions and capital and has been highly recognized by investors. Second, the market, as the window of China's opening to the outside world, is the international financial market that understands Chinese companies best. Third, Hong Kong's regulators have a better understanding of the business models of Chinese companies and are more willing to attract more outstanding Chinese companies to list in Hong Kong.

As a leading power of new energy materials in China and around the world, Tianqi Lithium, as an A+H capital platform, will pursue a more ambitious vision.
