The 2022 Entrepreneurship Competition of Tianqi Lithium has started with the theme of "Show Your Talents, Unite for Lithium". It is designed to tap the innovation potential of the lithium industry and give birth to high-quality projects. The competition serves as a platform for talents in the lithium and new energy industries, and aims at commercializing technological innovations, delivering business plans, and boosting the sustainable and innovative development of the industry.

As the government announced its carbon peak and neutrality goals, the 2022 Entrepreneurship Competition of Tianqi Lithium has been launched to help commercialize lithium research projects. Its objective is to build a bridge for high-quality projects and to provide a stage for young people who are entrepreneurial, innovative and creative.

Since its inception in September 2022, people inside and outside the industry have paid extensive attention and many talented entrepreneurs have participated in the competition. Joined by highly sophisticated participants, the competition has witnessed a host of highlights, covering anode and cathode materials of lithium batteries; the recycling of retired power batteries; the development of unusual lithium salt varieties; the separation and extraction of lithium resources; resource disposal; and recycling, to name a few. A variety of cutting-edge technologies in the industries of lithium, new energy, and new materials have made their debut!

Notice of Competition Postponement

The organizing committee has selected outstanding teams and projects in the preliminary round, and they will be invited to the finals held in Chengdu. The top 10 players and projects will be chosen through a project roadshow and professional defense. However, due to the pandemic, the finals scheduled on November 26, 2022, will be postponed and the organizing committee will notify the rescheduled date of the finals in due time.
