On November 28, 2022, Argentina time, Jiang Anqi, Vice Chairwoman of Tianqi Lithium, and HA Frank Chun Shing, Tianqi's CEO, held a meeting with Gustavo Saenz, Governor of Salta Province, Argentina. Xiong Wanyu and Li Guo, Tianqi's Vice Presidents, Pablo Ortiz, coordinator of political relations of Salta Province, Julio San Milan, head of international relations in Salta, Pamela Canetti, member of the Chamber of Deputies, and other representatives from both sides attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Governor Saenz expressed his warm welcome to the delegation of Tianqi and shared Salta's industrial advantages, public policies, and investment environment, etc. The delegation expressed sincere thanks to Governor Saenz for the hospitality and arrangement and gave an overview of the company's industrial layout, sci-tech innovation, and development plan, as well as the importance of stakeholders and ESG and sustainability practices.
