On May 13, 2025, Ms. Weina Wang, director of ESG and Sustainable Development, participated in the "ESG Investment and Sustainable Future S&P Global Sustainable1 Forum" and the launch ceremony of the "Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition) 2025" in Shenzhen. During the panel discussion, she shared insights into how the company integrates ESG concepts into its business operation and production. She also discussed the proactive approach to aligning with increasingly stringent domestic and international requirements for sustainability management and information disclosure.
The Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition) is an annual ranking publication by S&P Global, grounded in the results of the CSA. It aims to spotlight Chinese companies that demonstrate sustainable development advantages within their respective industries. Following a rigorous evaluation process, it provides a comprehensive benchmark of corporate performance across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, now regarded as a trusted industry reference. This year, only 164 companies were selected for their outstanding achievements.
The CSA covers 62 industry-specific sustainability assessment questionnaires, focusing on evaluating companies' performance in environmental management, social responsibility, and corporate governance. In the 2025 edition of the yearbook, Tianqi Lithium stood out among over 2,800 listed companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. It ranked in the top 14% of the global chemicals industry, secured the top position in China's lithium chemical industry, and placed second in the broader chemicals sector.

Additionally, Tianqi Lithium made significant progress in resource management, achieving a 97.55% water reuse rate and realizing zero discharge of production wastewater at multiple production plants, demonstrating its excellence in resource utilization efficiency and environmental protection.
