Profile Workshop Practical Competition Site

From meticulous preparation to the successful conclusion of the event, the competition lasted for a month and a half. The contestants participated with great enthusiasm, demonstrating the profound meaning of "craftsmanship" through their actions. After intense competition, the skills contest awarded 4 first prizes, 5 second prizes, and 6 third prizes, while also recognizing three outstanding team groups. During the forklift project finals and award ceremony, many employees gathered to watch, creating an energetic atmosphere with continuous applause. Leaders from the Tongliang District Federation of Trade Unions, the Tongliang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, as well as Tianqi Lithium's Federation of Trade Unions and relevant department leaders, attended the award ceremony to present the prizes to the winning employees.

The purpose of this competition was to create a platform for showcasing talent and facilitating communication and learning, igniting the enthusiasm of all employees and fostering a positive learning atmosphere centered around "competing, learning, striving, helping, and surpassing."
