Visit the Li Science Museum and co create the concept of 'lithium'

In the afternoon of that day, students came to Tianqi Lithium Science Museum with infinite curiosity, freely exploring and imagining, sowing the seeds of science, and co creating the idea of "lithium".

On the first floor of the Li Science Museum, as the lights went out, the students' gaze was drawn to the large screen. The birth of lithium, the important role played by lithium in human civilization and technological progress, and its core position in contemporary global energy transition and environmental protection... Through promotional videos, students have gained a preliminary understanding of lithium.

Subsequently, the students followed the footsteps of Tianqi volunteers to the second floor of the Science Museum, where they eagerly went to their interested areas to explore the mysteries of lithium in an immersive interactive experience.

Why is the density of lithium batteries higher than others? "" What is spodumene? "" Can lithium batteries be used for nuclear weapons? "Faced with various questions raised by students, Tianqi volunteers answered them one by one.

In the next stage, students will transform into small "inheritors of intangible cultural heritage" and create bamboo weaving paintings to experience intangible cultural heritage up close. Please stick colored bamboo strips to the bottom of the photo frame according to your preferences, and weave them one by one using the method of picking and pressing. "Under the guidance of volunteers from Tianqi, the students focused their attention, patiently and carefully completed one exquisite bamboo weaving painting after another.

During the visit, I was amazed by the advanced technology in the lithium battery , and I also learned that lithium is widely used in real life, bringing us a lot of convenience in our daily lives, "said Cao Yitian, a student from the Seventh Middle School in Longquanyi District, Chengdu.

The 4th Chengdu Chongqing Twin City Youth Science and Technology Eagle Study Camp is jointly organized by the Chongqing Association for Science and Technology and the Chengdu Association for Science and Technology, aiming to strengthen cooperation in science and technology, education, culture, etc. between Chengdu and Chongqing, promote the improvement of scientific literacy among young people in the twin cities, and work together to build a comprehensive science popularization work pattern.

Tianqi Lithium  has long been committed to using the Li Science Museum as a platform to carefully create and support public welfare research activities, focusing on science education, exploring innovative measures, allowing the public to understand and recognize lithium, spreading the important value of lithium in contemporary times, and contributing Tianqi's efforts to enhance the scientific literacy of the whole nation. The research and popularization activities provided by the Li Science Museum not only serve as an important supplement to high-quality science education in the local area, but also promote the value of lithium and attract more people to pay attention to and support the development of the lithium battery , jointly promoting the global energy green and low-carbon transformation and sustainable development.
