On June 26-27, 2024, the International Lithium New Energy Conference and the Chengdu Chongqing Industrial Chain Supply Chain Matchmaking Event were successfully held in Shehong, Suining. The theme of this conference is "Innovating to Activate the Momentum of 'Lithium' and Developing New Quality Productivity", inviting guests from various fields such as enterprises, research institutions, and investment institutions to gather in Shehong. It has set up a special discussion on the "Deep Journey" of empowering small and medium-sized enterprises with scientific and technological achievements (Suining Station), a closed door meeting on lithium resources, an exhibition and display of lithium battery new energy chain and supply chain products, and a promotion of lithium battery enterprise achievements and products to jointly explore new opportunities for the development of the lithium battery new energy . Tianqi Lithium was invited to participate in product launches and theme sharing.
At the closed door meeting of the lithium battery materials special session, Liu Yang, the R&D director of Tianqi R&D Innovation Center, released the key material lithium sulfide product for all solid state batteries, in order to solve the problems of unstable product quality and high production costs of lithium sulfide, a key raw material for sulfide solid electrolytes, and to address the industrialization challenges. Through upstream and downstream collaboration in the industrial chain, refined division of labor, and material interconnection verification, stable and unified standards are formed to promote the industrialization of sulfide solid-state batteries and help China's solid-state batteries reach a global leading level.
At the main venue of the conference, Guo Yuan, the head of the Information Management Department of Tianqi Lithium , gave a keynote speech on the "Intelligent Transformation Plan for the New Energy Materials with Lithium Resources as the Core". Tianqi Lithium will continue to make efforts in various aspects such as digital management, green energy, and intelligent production, striving to create new quality productivity and continuously promote the high-quality development of the lithium .
During the conference, some attending leaders and guests also went to Tianqi Lithium's Shehong Base to visit the China Lithium Battery Big Data Platform and Lithium Battery Exhibition Hall.
