The Consul General of Australia in Chengdu, Adelle Neary, and her delegation visited Tianqi Lithium for an exchange

On January 18th, the Consul General of Australia in Chengdu, Adelle Neary , and her delegation visited Tianqi Lithium for an exchange. Tianqi Lithium's founder and chairman, Jiang Weiping, warmly received them and had a cordial discussion. The delegation included Rob Donely, General Manager of the Greater China Region of the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, and Business Ambassador of the Commerce Department of the Australian Embassy in China, Alexander Adamson, Consul at the Australian Consulate General in Chengdu, Jiang Anqi, Vice Chairwoman of Tianqi Lithium, HA Frank Chun Shing, Director and President, and Li Guo, Vice President of Strategic Development.



Consul General Adelle Neary the delegation toured the Li Science Museum, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the past, present, and future development direction of lithium. They also experienced  Smart electric vehicles invested by Tianqi Lithium. Discussions revolved around common concerns such as the development of the new energy electric industry, climate change, sustainable development, Tianqi Lithium's business in Australia, and ESG responsibilities overseas.



As a new energy materials enterprise with lithium at its core, Tianqi Lithium has been committed to developing and utilizing a diverse range of clean energy sources. The Kwinana lithium hydroxide production base of Tianqi Lithium is Australia's first lithium hydroxide plant, marking a new chapter in the development of Australia's lithium industry.
