About the International Sustainability Standards Board

On June 26, 2023, the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) formally released the first set of global sustainability disclosure standards, "International Financial Reporting Sustainability Disclosure Standard No. 1 - General Requirements for Sustainability-Related Financial Disclosures" (S1) and "International Financial Reporting Sustainability Disclosure Standard No. 2 - Climate-Related Disclosures" (S2). S1 and S2 aim to enhance transparency and the quality of ESG information disclosure for businesses. S1 requires companies to disclose all significant information related to sustainable risks and opportunities relevant to corporate development, including but not limited to climate-related information.
