On October 20th, as the Double Ninth Festival approached, volunteers of Chongqing Tianqi Lithium visited the Dongcheng Street Nursing Home in Tongliang District, Chongqing City, partnering with the Tongliang District Center for Disease Control to host the charity event “Amidst the golden hues of autumn, love blossoms on Double Ninth”.

Volunteers had intimate conversations with the elderly, exchanged family stories, attentively listened to the seniors' accounts of their past experiences, and got to know their current interests, hobbies, and life situations.

Afterward, volunteers organized various enjoyable activities for the elderly, including games like "pass the drum," face-to-face painting, facial feature guessing, ping pong relay, and even singing patriotic songs, which brought delight and laughter to the elderly residents. Simultaneously, in partnership with doctors from the Disease Control Center, volunteers conducted blood pressure and blood sugar checks, offered dietary and daily living guidance, and shared health and wellness information. Furthermore, volunteers joined the elderly in fitness exercises customized for older adults, under the guidance of healthcare experts.

Following the event, volunteers and doctors offered gifts to the elderly residents in celebration of the Double Ninth Festival. They also captured commemorative photos with the seniors, creating a heartwarming and joyful conclusion to the event.
