On August 30, the first phase of the Li Science Museum volunteer docent training program was successfully held at the Tianqi Lithium headquarters, with 30 volunteers participating. During the warm-up session of the training, Ms. Wang Weina, Director of ESG and Sustainable Development at Tianqi Lithium, expressed her hope that each volunteer would quickly grow through professional training, contribute to the museum’s public service operations, and fulfill Tianqi Lithium's social responsibility and philanthropic mission. She emphasized the importance of spreading knowledge about the low-carbon applications of lithium and sustainable development to the public.

The trainers created a relaxed and joyful atmosphere through various games, encouraging volunteers to open up and approach their docent roles with a positive and open mindset. This made the volunteer service experience more engaging and fostered mutual empowerment. Volunteers learned about the roles and responsibilities of docents, the psychological characteristics of young learners, and youth management and interaction techniques through games, lectures, and group discussions. Additionally, the volunteers experienced the entire docent process at the Li Science Museum, enhancing their understanding of the museum and guiding them toward their personal growth goals.

The Li Science Museum volunteer docent training program consists of three phases, offering knowledge and capacity enhancement training to volunteers in three areas, youth leadership skills, knowledge of the Li Science Museum and lithium applications, and volunteer ethics and child protection guidelines. The training aims to help each volunteer become a qualified docent.
