Chongqing Tianqi Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Tianqi Lithium, was selected as an Elite Enterprise with Advantages in Intellectual Property in Chongqing on December 8, 2020.

As a national high-tech enterprise with strong technological innovation capability, Chongqing Tianqi serves as a production base specializing in R&D, production and sales of lithium metal and lithium alloy new materials. Currently it owns 37 patents, including 9 invention patents and 28 utility new patents, and has developed more than 10 lithium products such as battery grade metallic lithium belts, sheets, particles and sand, as well as lithium metal ingots, lithium alloys and related products. It also applied for 7 new invention patents and 4 utility new patents. On May 20, 2020, it passed GB/T29490-2013 intellectual property certification, which has a positive impact on its future independent innovation, comprehensive risk prevention, income appreciation and scientific and technological project declaration, etc.
