On March 22, 2022, Xiong Wanyu, vice president of Tianqi Lithium, and Fan Yonglan, deputy general manager of Shehong Tianqi, escorted the delegation led by Chen Wu, deputy director of the United Front Work Department of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, to visit Shehong Production Base for research.

They also visited the exhibition hall, R&D center and Sichuan Provincial Key Laboratory of Lithium Resources and Lithium Materials, which helped them further understand the company's development history, resource advantages, product application and technology R&D.

Chen spoke highly of the business of Tianqi Lithium. He pointed out that science and technology constitute a primary productive force, and Tianqi Lithium, therefore, need to give full play to its technological and resource advantages to provide technical support for “carbon neutrality and emission peak" and the high-quality development of the industry, and contribute to scientific and technological progress.
