The ten Safety Red Line Prohibitions are formulated with the main goal of safeguarding employee lives and ensuring the stable development of the company. To ensure full implementation and internalization of these safety rules, the EHS Department has planned a series of targeted activities throughout 2025 to ensure the successful advancement of those measures.
At the launch ceremony, Jiang Hucheng, Head of the Anju plant, provided a comprehensive review of safety performance in 2024, highlighting the achievements made over the past year. He reaffirmed that the Anju plant will continue to treat the Red Line Prohibitions as fundamental behavioral guidelines in 2025, strictlyregulating all production and operational activities in accordance with these prohibitions.
Pan Xin, Director of the EHS Department, laid out clear expectations for the implementation of the 2025 Safety Red Line Initiative. He emphasized that safety is the foundation of the company’s development, directly impacting employee well-being, stable operations, and long-term sustainability. Pan Xin also noted that this year’s Safety Red Line campaign would feature more refined content and diversified formats, offering in-depth analysis from multiple dimentions to ensure comprehensive understanding and strict adherence by all employees.
The EHS Department also outlined the implementation plan for the 2025 Safety Red Line Initiative. A total of ten themed training sessions are scheduled throughout the year. Building upon the activities of 2024, the new plan introduces several enhancements, including a Red Line Commitment Wall campaign, company-wide assessments, a monthly Red Line compliance program, and mid-year safety review events—all designed to ensure the campaign’s comprehensiveness and depth.
The event concluded with a pledge ceremony, during which all participants solemnly affirmed their commitment to the Safety Red Line Prohibitions. Department heads from both the EHS Department and the Anju plant signed their names on the Red Line Commitment Wall as a formal gesture of responsibility. Going forward, Tianqi Lithium will continue to roll out similar pledge ceremonies across all plants and project sites to reinforce the implementation of the Red Line Initiative.
As a vital component of proactive safety management, the Safety Red Line Initiative defines clear behavioral boundaries for all employees in production activities. It plays an indispensable role in preventing accidents at the source. Safety remains the bottom line of all business operations, and every department, plant, and project must strictly abide by the Red Line Prohibitions, eliminate all forms of non-compliance, and work together to build a strong and reliable safety foundation for the company’s long-term, stable development.
