Tianqi Lithium Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Livista

On July 9, 2025, Tianqi Lithium Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Tianqi Lithium”) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Livista Energy Europe S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Livista”) at Tianqi Lithium’s headquarters in Chengdu. Mr. Frank HA, Director and CEO of Tianqi Lithium, and Mr. Roland Getreide, Founder and Chairman of Livista, jointly attended the signing ceremony.



As a new energy materials company with lithium at its core, Tianqi Lithium has established global partnerships by leveraging its vertically integrated global industrial chain, jointly promoting the long-term sustainable development of lithium-ion battery technologies for electric vehicles and energy storage systems. Livista isa lithium chemicals company headquartered in Europe, dedicated to strengthening Europe’s clean energy supply through lithium products and aiming to promote decarbonization and sustainable development.


The signing of this MoU not only enables both parties to leverage their respective strengths and explore opportunities for global market expansion, but also holds promise for enhancing the supply of traditional lithium products and future high-end lithium materials, such as lithium metal, in Europe. This collaboration is expected to inject new momentum into the development of the global new energy industry.
