Tianqi Lithium's annual cultural theme—“Shared Responsibility, Co-Creation, and Win-Win”—is being vividly brought to life through a creative visual system. A unified rollout of themed posters and digital screensavers across the company's headquarters and various sites is revitalizing core workplace spaces, creating an immersive cultural atmosphere for all employees.



The first themed empowerment event, a psychology lecture titled “Building Workplace Resilience: Cultivating Positivity through Positivity,” was successfully held at the company's headquarters. Focusing on stress management and resilience in the workplace, the session provided employees with a fresh wave of inner strength. The lecture was closely aligned with the values of shared responsibility and co-creation of value, helping team members strengthen psychological resilience and laying a solid foundation for shared success and sustainable development.
