During the 23rd annual Law of Prevention and Control of Occupational Disease Awareness Week, Tianqi Lithium launched a campaign themed “Caring for Workers’ Mental Health,” collaborating with its domestic production plants and projects to promote health awareness through diverse activities. The initiative aimed to build a comprehensive support network for employees’ physical and mental well-being.
Life-Saving Skills: ‘Rescue Near, Tianqi’s Here!’
A professional team from the Sichuan Red Cross Emergency Rescue Center was invited by Tianqi to conduct hybrid online-offline “Emergency Rescue Skills Training” sessions. Over 90 employees participated in the program, which combined theoretical instruction and hands-on practice. Topics included CPR, trauma care, and public safety protocols, with a focus on mastering the critical "golden four minutes" for emergencies. Following rigorous assessments, 40 employees earned Red Cross First Aid Certification, becoming certified "first-aid responders" within the company. This initiative significantly enhances employees' ability to proactively manage occupational health risks.
Meanwhile, Tianqi Lithium’s Anju Plant and Innovation Experimental Institute hosted dedicated first-aid workshops. By using scenario simulations and group practice, frontline employees are effectively equipped to truly understand, learn and apply first aid skills, ensuring full coverage of emergency preparedness across all positions.

Throughout the Awareness Week, all plants and projects organized activities such as health education, training sessions ,quiz competitions, and targeted inspections to strengthen safety awareness. These efforts included in-depth discussions on occupational disease laws, interactive quizzes covering regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and on-site checks of production areas. Special inspection teams evaluated workplace conditions, safety facilities, and PPE compliance to strengthen occupational health safeguards.
