Talison Lithium, a subsidiary of Tianqi Lithium, recently donated a welfare vehicle valued at AUD 138,000 to the Bridgetown Volunteer Fire Brigade through the Community Investment Program (CIP). The donation aims to ensure the provision of essential supplies to frontline command points of the local community fire brigade during emergencies.

What is a welfare vehicle?

A welfare vehicle is equipped with a specially constructed canopy to provide basic meals such as tea, coffee, and snacks to command points and emergency volunteers during emergencies. It can also tow other service vehicles, expanding the range of services provided.

Millie Nedelkovski, the captain of the Bridgetown Volunteer Fire Brigade, expressed gratitude for the donation: "This dedicated welfare vehicle can respond quickly in case of accidents, providing essential supplies. We sincerely thank Talison Lithium for their support and care for our community."

Talison Lithium is located in the southwest region of Western Australia, adjacent to the historic town of Greenbushes. Talison Lithium firmly believes that corporate development and community prosperity go hand in hand, and it is committed to practicing social responsibility and finding sustainable operating models, actively contributing to the development of the communities where it operates.
