To further safeguard employees' exercise of democratic management rights, fully unleash their subjective initiative, enthusiasm, and creativity, and enhance work efficiency, the Sixth Membership Representative Conference of the Tianqi Lithium Employees' Union, as well as the Employee Representative Conference, was successfully held on February 23rd. Xiong Wanyu, Chairman of the Tianqi Lithium Employees' Union and Senior Vice President of the Tianqi Lithium, chaired the meeting and delivered a speech, with 37 employee representatives from the company in attendance.

During the meeting, members of the company's labor union committee and employee representatives discussed and made speeches regarding the latest revision of the "Employee Handbook" at Tianqi Lithium. After careful deliberation, all employee representatives raised their hands to vote, unanimously agreeing to and approving the revised version of the "Employee Handbook."

Xiong Wanyu, the Chairman of the Tianqi Lithium Employees' Union and Senior Vice President of the Tianqi Lithium reviewed and summarized the work of 2023, fully acknowledging the achievements of the union's work. She emphasized the need for the union to actively explore new ideas, methods, and platforms, strengthen the construction of the union organization itself, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the employees.
