After three weeks of training, multiple practical exercises, and trainer docent certification evaluations, the Tianqi Li Science Museum’s Training of Trainer (TOT) Program officially concluded on November 29.
During the TOT program, the Li Science Museum recruited over 30 trainers from 17 departments. In the initial phase, the project team conducted three rounds of theoretical training aimed at enhancing the trainers’ skills in guiding youth and deepening their expertise in related fields. The training also emphasized fostering awareness of trainer ethics and understanding child protection principles. After completing the theoretical training, trainers participated in five targeted practical exercises, collectively serving over 100 students and receiving 100% positive feedback. Based on their overall performance, the TOT project team awarded certification at various levels—Mentor, Intermediate, Junior, and Assistant Trainer Docent—along with special philanthropic souvenirs.
