The new edition of Tianqi Lithium's Employee Handbook has been officially released

To better align with the company's development needs, the Human Resources Department at Tianqi headquarters recently released the new edition of the Employee Handbook, which had been reviewed by the union committee and employee representatives in advance. The release of this handbook not only underscores the company’s commitment to standardized management but also enhances employees’ understanding and acceptance of company policies, behavioral guidelines, and work processes through methods such as online assessments.


New Employee Handbook: Guiding Standards, Continuing Culture



The new edition of the Employee Handbook revisits and updates the company's founding and development history while continuing to articulate the core values presented in the previous version, thereby reflecting the continuity of the corporate culture and providing guidance for employee conduct. The handbook has also undergone updates to various departmental workflows and regulations, including human resources management standards, business conduct guidelines, employee rewards, accountability, and disciplinary procedures.


To ensure comprehensive understanding of the new handbook, the HR department organized an online assessment for all employees. Those who achieved perfect scores received customized corporate culture-themed gifts as a form of motivation.
