Recently, Tianqi Lithium's Anju base held an Employee Family Open Day event under the theme "Caring for You, Me, and Everyone—We Are Always on the Road". This event allowed employees' families to get an up-close look at the company's work environment and personally experience corporate culture.

With warm hospitality from the staff, the family members visited the base's exhibition hall, office areas, DCS control room, and production areas. They gained an immersive understanding of the company’s development history and, after putting on personal protective equipment (PPE), they ventured into the production line, where they experienced high automated production line, the sophisticated production processes, the strict emission control measures, and the efficient management system of Anju base. They gained a more intuitive understanding of the company’s automation levels and sustainability concepts.

After the tour, the base management team engaged in discussions with the family members. The company’s Human Resources Department and the Union introduced the company's compensation and benefits standards, as well as the activities being carried out, allowing the families to truly feel the company's and the union’s care for employees and their families. During a relaxed and open exchange, family representatives actively shared their impressions of the visit, highly recognizing the company’s development and offering valuable suggestions.
