Recently, Tianqi Lithium successfully concluded a 21-day campaign themed "United for Cost Efficiency" . This event brought together over 100 cross-departmental employees to deepen their understanding of the company's cost control policies and enhance project management efficiency.

The seminar provided an in-depth overview of the company's cost management priorities and achievements. Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on everyday cost-related challenges, reaching a consensus that “strengthening cost management is a key measure to enhance the company's core competitiveness.”
