To enhance quality awareness and drive continuous improvement, Tianqi Lithium organized a series of "Quality Month" activities from September to November 2024. These initiatives, aligned with the theme "Strengthening Quality Support, Building a Quality Nation" as outlined by the State Administration for Market Regulation, were customized to suit the needs of each base.
Quality Awareness Training
All employees participated in quality awareness training, where the company’s quality policies were communicated through resources such as the quality manual. Key product focus points, quality improvement areas, and updates on external factors were shared with employees across all bases. The training also helped employees better understand customer requirements, providing a solid foundation for producing high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
"Quality Management: Let’s Talk" Initiative
The company encouraged employees to share their ideas for improving quality management through the "Quality Management: Let’s Talk" initiative. This provided valuable input for quality improvements and helped foster a culture of collaboration.
Quality Knowledge Competition
A quality knowledge competition was held, covering topics such as national quality policies, laws and regulations, quality culture, quality tools and methods, as well as risk management and compliance. This competition not only boosted employees' understanding of quality but also enhanced their professional skills, encouraging innovation and teamwork.
Skills Competition
Themed "Creating Lithium Dreams Together" the skills competition combined theory and practice to promote learning and development. It provided an opportunity for employees to showcase their skills and build a team of professionals with both deep expertise and strong practical abilities.
These "Quality Month" activities effectively raised quality awareness and deepened employees' understanding of quality management principles.
