Recently, Tianqi Lithium Headquarters successfully hosted the "2024 Autumn Cultural Integration Fun Sports Day." This event was jointly organized by the Human Resources Department in collaboration with the Legal and Risk Control Department, the Environmental Health and Safety Department, the ESG and Sustainability Department, and the Audit and Compliance Department. The event centered around six key themes: "Responsibility, Collaboration, Professionalism, Safety, Innovation, and Integrity."
The sports day was held on the first floor of the headquarters and included five competition events: tug-of-war, darts, arm wrestling, PPE relay race, and ball balance run.
Tug-of-War | Harnessing Team Strength
The tug-of-war event encouraged cross-departmental collaboration, with teams coming up with various fun names related to "lithium," such as "Lithium Miracles Team," "Team Lithium Speaks," and "Big Lithium Bonus Package Team."
PPE Relay Race | Safety First
The PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) relay race truly embodied the concept of "balancing safety and speed." It significantly deepened the headquarters employees' understanding of the efficient use of personal protective equipment, ensuring the rigorous implementation of the safety culture.
Arm Wrestling | Perseverance to the End
The arm wrestling event did not group participants by gender, making it a competition not only of strength but also of skill and determination.
Ball Balance Run | Continuous Effort
The ball balance run cleverly incorporated the United Nations' "17 Sustainable Development Goals" into the course, symbolizing the importance of balancing economic benefits with environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance in the pursuit of development.
Darts | Integrity at Heart, No Deviation
The "Darts Against Corruption" event centered on the theme of "integrity," using darts as a medium to symbolize the determination to resist corruption. With "integrity" at heart, the activity aimed to deepen colleagues' understanding and recognition of the integrity culture through an engaging and enjoyable approach.
The sports day encouraged participation from all employees and integrated the values of "Responsibility, Collaboration, Professionalism, Safety, Innovation, and Integrity" into traditional sports activities.
