As the summer heats up and temperatures rise, Tianqi Lithium has organized a series of activities across its various plants to effectively carry out heat prevention and cooling measures. The goal is to ensure the safety and health of frontline workers during high-temperature conditions.
Anju Plant
The labor union committee of Suining Tianqi Lithium Co., Ltd.（Anju Plant） has set up heat prevention and cooling rooms in both the production and administrative areas. These rooms are equipped with essential supplies such as ice packs, towels, and cooling oil, and detailed heat prevention tips are posted. In addition, each employee in the production area has been provided with a well-designed water cup, and refreshing soup are delivered daily. Watermelons and other cooling supplies are also distributed promptly, ensuring that employees feel the company's care during the hot summer days.
At the same time, to ensure the health and safety of employees working on the production frontline in high-temperature conditions, the labor union committee also organized a visit to deliver cooling supplies to them. Jiang Hucheng, Executive Deputy General Manager of Suining Tianqi Lithium Co., Ltd., emphasized safety matters at work and warmly reminded everyone to pay attention to heat prevention and ensure their health.
Anju Plant always prioritizes the health and safety of its employees, demonstrating the company's "people-oriented" development philosophy through practical actions. The company will continue to focus on employees' health and ensure the success of heat prevention and cooling measures, thus safeguarding safe production while enhancing employee cohesion and unity.
Chongqing Plant
From July to August, Chongqing Tianqi Lithium Co., Ltd. carried out a series of heat prevention and cooling activities under the theme " Cool Summer, Caring Nearby ".
During the activities, the company specially formed a "Summer Coolness Delivery" team, led by department heads and composed of union members and all employees of the administrative office building. The team delivered cooling gifts such as mung bean soup, sour plum soup, snow fungus soup, watermelons, and ice cream to employees working on the production frontline. They also earnestly reminded everyone to focus on self-protection while working, to prevent heatstroke, and to ensure their safety and health.
The care from the company was like a breath of fresh air in the summer, bringing a touch of coolness to every frontline employee at Tianqi Lithium Chongqing plant. It effectively alleviated the discomfort caused by high-temperature work and allowed frontline employees to deeply feel the happiness and sense of belonging that the company provides.
