In order to strengthen the company's safety production management, implement the safety production responsibility system, improve safety production conditions and environmental health and safety management system, on July 12th, Tianqi Lithium Co., Ltd. successfully held the first meeting of the 2024 Safety Production Committee to summarize the safety production work in the first half of the year and make decisions and deployments on the key work items for safety production in the second half of the year. At the meeting, Xin Pan from the Environmental Health and Safety Department first summarized the EHS management work for the first half of 2024 and planned the key EHS work for the second half of 2024, focusing on the previous action items, annual goals and plans, half year EHS work, major hazards and rectification situation, and half year EHS accidents; The meeting approved the "EHS Reward Rules" of Tianqi Lithium . At the same time, members of the safety committee and project leaders from each base summarized and delivered speeches on the EHS work situation in the first half of the year.
Wei Guo, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tianqi Lithium, reviewed the work of the first half of the year. He mentioned that the overall EHS performance of the company in the first half of the year was good, which not only comprehensively promoted the effective implementation of EHS management functions, but also strengthened the overall promotion of EHS management work, and actively created a safety culture atmosphere with the participation of all employees; At the same time, work requirements are proposed: to attach importance to EHS accident and incident management, continuously strengthen safety process management, comprehensively enhance the emergency response capabilities of all employees, and timely summarize and solidify EHS management standards.
