On March 18th, Tianqi Lithium's holding subsidiary Sichuan Tianqi Shenghe Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., CATL's wholly-owned subsidiary Yajiang County Sinuowei Mine Development Co., Ltd., and Shengtun Group's joint-stock company Yajiang County Huirong Mine Co., Ltd., held a tripartite joint venture agreement signing ceremony. Guo Wei, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tianqi Lithium, and Chairman and General Manager of Tianqi Shenghe, along with Yi Chuanbin, Assistant Chairman of CATL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Yajiang County Sinuowei Mine, and Gao Longji, Chairman of Yajiang County Huirong Mine, represented the three parties in signing the "Cooperation Agreement on Joint Construction and Sharing of 220kV Power Transmission and Transformation Project in Jiajika Lithium Mine Area." Leaders including Cha Li, Director of the Ganzi Prefecture Economic and Information Bureau, attended and witnessed the signing.

According to the agreement, the three parties will jointly establish a joint venture company to jointly build and share power transmission projects in accordance with the overall plan for the development and utilization of lithium resources in Ganzi Prefecture, providing power guarantee for the development and utilization of lithium resources in the Jiajika area.
