The conference, held in Meishan from November 27 to 28, saw the attendance of Zheng Bei, Vice Governor of the provincial government, who delivered a speech. Themed "Building a New Ecology for Lithium Batteries, Seeking a Green Future Together," the event attracted nearly 200 leaders and industry experts from key enterprises in the domestic lithium battery upstream and downstream sectors. They discussed strategies to promote the high-quality development of the lithium battery industry. Jiang Anqi, Vice Chairwoman of Tianqi Lithium, was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech on topics such as the company's global industrial layout, technological research and development innovation, and ESG and sustainable development.

Vice Governor Zheng Bei highlighted in his speech that Sichuan is a major province for clean energy production, manufacturing, and consumption, serving as the largest clean energy production base and a national demonstration province for clean energy in China. In 2022, the lithium battery industry in the province achieved a revenue of approximately CNY 230 billion, fostering a favorable development trend with local enterprises such as Tianqi Lithium, Chengxin Lithium Energy, and Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group. This trend has also attracted enterprises like the CALB group, Sichuan GCL Lithium Battery Technology, and American Albemarle. This collective effort has positioned the comprehensive capacity of lithium battery series products at the forefront nationwide.

Speaking about crucial technological innovation, Jiang Anqi, Vice Chairwoman of Tianqi Lithium, emphasized that high-quality products are inseparable from technological innovation. Tianqi Lithium's research and development capability is the cornerstone of its development, providing a solid guarantee for sustainable and robust business growth.
